As we near the end of the year, it’s a good chance to look back at the journey we’ve taken at EDG Projects over the past 12 months - and share our vision for the year ahead.
I believe that leadership starts with you. Over the past year, the team and I have really focused on aligning our culture with our purpose - to deliver exceptional building design services that create meaningful spaces for our clients. This has been instrumental in driving our success and improving client outcomes.
A huge part of our success this year has been our team. Building and supporting a high-performing team is at the heart of what we do, and this year, I’ve seen how a motivated, collaborative group can push boundaries and deliver truly innovative designs. Every team member contributes to the exceptional results we’ve achieved, and I’m incredibly proud of their dedication and hard work.
Celebrating Our Wins
This year, we’ve had some big business wins:
Rebranding from EDG.Space to EDG Projects! This change reflects how our business has evolved and the full-service capabilities we offer - from initial concept design to project management and completion.
Growing our team by 58%, expanding to serve our clients better while ensuring we still focus on delivering a personal, hands-on approach.
Delivering many residential and commercial projects, each pushing us to innovate and refine our processes.
Strengthening our client relationships, maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and clear communication throughout every project.
Adopting new technologies to streamline our processes, enabling us to work smarter and enhance project outcomes.
Looking Ahead: 2025
Looking to the new year, our focus remains on growth, both in the size of our team and in the value we deliver to our clients.
We plan to increase our headcount to meet growing demand while maintaining the personalised, collaborative approach that sets us apart. Growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, who are aligned with our values and vision.
I’m also passionate about continuing to challenge the ordinary. Ensuring the team and I continue to step outside our comfort zones, which I believe has been a driving force in our success. We’re committed to exploring new ideas, technologies, and approaches that allow us to exceed client expectations.
Our commitment to our clients is at the core of everything we do. We’re here to make the design and building process as seamless and stress-free as possible, managing the complexities so our clients can focus on what matters most to them.
